Barefoot Package

Kailee + Corey @ Byron Bay Airbnb

Choosing our Barfoot Collection elopement package Kailee and Corey had everything sorted for their elopement, except a location! They were forced to go on the hunt for a new location after the venue they had booked was damaged by a storm. Luckily, Byron Bay offers some beautiful locations, from the hinterland to the beach, that provide the perfect spot for a wedding ceremony.

 

Kailee and Corey found a magical private property to hold their ceremony, under a stunning old Figtree. A traditional elopement, with no guests, just a whole lot of love. These two are soooo in looooove!  The magic continued with the most amazing handwritten vows I’ve ever hear (and I’ve heard a few).  

 

Upgrading their package to include videography and a private chef we all drove along Coolamon Scenic Drive on Hinterland Way, a short 5-minute drive, to capture some post ceremony portraits in an overgrown field. Before letting Kailee and Corey head back to their accommodation for a delicious dinner.

Jess + Rikki @ Broken Head, Byron Bay

Our packages are so easy you can even outsource the organising like Jess and Rikki did. We didn’t actually speak with Jess or Rikki until the day of their wedding! Jess’ sister Katilin was the contact person for intimate ceremony at Broken Head earlier this month.

 

Choosing our Barefoot Collection with family members and Rikki’s best friend witnessing the nuptials. Rikki hates having his photo taken and joked that we would only be permitted to take a maximum of three photos of their elopement! Saying this was the total number of photos the couple had of the two of them in over 8 years together. Needless to say we snuck in a few more than three, more like 153, stunning images in the gorgeous soft light of the overcast day in Byron Bay. 

 

Upgrading their package to include hair and make up for the ladies, we seemed too good to be true for Jess and Katilin’s dad who thought we were a scam! Katilin even writing us a beautiful review for all the other dad’s who don’t trust online businesses (lol). To read her review click here.

Ellyn + Jack @ Broken Head, Byron Bay

Ellyn and Jack have known each other since school and decided to elope to one of our favourite locations at Broken Head in Byron Bay. Ellyn has been following Luxe Elopements on social media for a long time, which made us feel just like family on the day.  We were even lucky enough to share the experience of watching a pod of dolphins surfing the waves behind us, and an epic rainbow giving a touch of magic to our images on the day.


Choosing to get married with just two witnesses Ellyn and Jack’s ceremony was filled with laughter and fun, popping a bottle of champagne after the ceremony. We love when couples add their own personal touches to their elopements. Ellyn and Jack wanted Jack’s dad, who has passed away, to be a part of their special day so Ellyn carried some photos of him in her bouquet.

 

Ellyn was Rockstar bride breaking with tradition with gorgeous dark lips and was styled to perfection for the beach elopement with diamanté and pearl barefoot soles. Broken Head turned on the golden light for our portraits after the ceremony, Ellyn even venturing bravely into the water embracing the mermaid tail on her gown.
