You can choose one of our partnered Venues or Airbnbs/Private Properties. It is your responsibility to book, pay and adhere to the venues terms and conditions.Â
YES! You have a few options:
Option 1 – the council allows 2hr wedding permits. We can have a ceremony, champagne toast, group photos, a styled cocktail hour with grazing platters (traditional tables or boho picnic on the ground) and sunset portraits. You can then head back to your accommodation or book a local rest/bar to continue the party!Â
Option 2 – spilt the Micro Wedding package; Beach ceremony and Venue/Airbnb for the reception. There is a $1000 fee to cover travel time and the styling hire and florist setting up in two locations.Â
Our Micro Weddings are timed for either sunrise or sunset! This ensures you get the most beautiful and flattering lighting.
Example: If you choose sunset, we will work the day “backwards” from sunset to chose the best ceremony time. We will consider the location because sometimes you will loose light faster behind mountains/hills.
After you book we will give you a timeline 🙂Â
YES! Send us your numbers and we can quote for extra Hair, Makeup and Bouquet / Button Holes for everyone. We will include a mini bridal party portrait session to your timeline.Â
How long is the reception?
Luxe Elopements vendors (Photography, Videography + Musician) are booked for 1-2hrs. Your coordinator is legally required to stay at Wedding Venues until guests leave on the bus. For private properties and Airbnbs we leave and you stay the night! You can stay as long as you have booked the venue for.Â
Can we stay longer?Â
YES! You can stay as long as you have booked the venue for 🙂 We can organise the stying hire (table/chairs) to be collected late or the next day. Â
Cocktail hour is your time to enjoy the view, pop champagne and mingle with guests! You can just mingle or choose more traditional elements ie: Mini champayne tower, Cake Cutting, First Dance, Speeches
You will choose between 3 x types of styling hire to set the vibe:Â
Our Micro Wedding packages include a STYLED CEREMONY and STYLED RECEPTION. Styling hire is the industry term for psychical pieces ie: Arbour, Table, Chairs, Glassware, Plates etc

We are not a traditional wedding planning service. The average Byron Bay wedding is $68K and a wedding planning “on call” averages $5K Â JUST for planning.
Luxe Elopements package $ goes straight to the vendors (Celebrant, florist, styling hire etc). We have a very modest budget of $500 for our online planning process.Â

Some venues legally require a wedding coordinator to be onsite for the entire time. Private Airbnbs do not require this, although many of our couples LOVE this service.
