We have included a few *tricks of the trade* to keep the cost down like: reusing the ceremony arbour florals on the reception table centrepiece, reusing ceremony chairs for the reception table and excluding videographer because not everyone wants this.

Every couple has different needs, preferences and budget. We have chosen not to include the venue, catering or bar/alcohol so you can customise your experience! Budget breakdown at the bottom page.

VENUE


You can chose one of our wedding venues or Airbnb's listed on our directory. Airbnb will have accommodation, kitchen for private chef included, they avg 2-3 night minimum spend with a wedding fee - Budget $5-8K for luxury Airbnb. Wedding venues are a black canvas, where you find accommodation separately and we bring in all of our vendors. Affordable option is Bramblewood Farm or Forget Me Not Wedding venue (avg $2-3K for day hire).

Catering


There are two popular options: Woodfire pizza truck or Private chef catering from $100pp.


*Fire n Dough* are the most affordable option with a range of freshly made woodfire pizzas made to order for you guests (Vegetarian, gluten free options) and a larger grazing platter during cocktail hour (avg $1500)

Bar + Alcohol


We work with several mobile bars who will come to your venue or airbnb and serve guests bubbles or a set cocktail list. Flossy Byron Bay is the most popular (pink or white carts). 1.5hr coverage, avg $600. Alcohol + service is not included. They will guide you. Dan Murphys has a great website where you can enter the number of guests, what you like to drink and they will calculate how many bottles you will need. They offer a refund on anything unopened! T+Cs apply. After you mobile bar cover has ended, you can load up the fridge at your Airbnb and guests help themselves!

COCKTAIL HOUR - This is your time to mingle with guests, enjoy the view, live musician and cocktail bar service and/or canapes might start

SUNSET PORTRAITS - newlyweds around the property for golden light portraits!

Stonehill Estate was our first TikTok to go viral! It is 20mins North of Byron Bay. A luxurious Airbnb for you and guests, perfect venue to pair with our Micro Wedding packages! 




Hillside on Carool, Tweed Coast


avg $2500 per night, total budget $5-8K



Hillside on Carool is a renovated winery only 20mins from the Gold Coast airport! You can have the ceremony on the flat grass with rolling valley and ocean views or poolside in-between the palm trees. We setup the reception tables in-between the main building and pool.

Bramblewood, Tweed Coast



Micro Wedding Day hire $2K



Bramblewood Farm is 15mins from the Gold Coast airport on the Tweed Coast! A crowd favourite with 300 arces of rolling hills, Gold Coast ocean views, giant fire pit and the most incredible “Sunset Alley” at the peak of the property for portraits!

Forget Me Not, Byron Bay



Micro Wedding Day hire $2-3K



If you want a traditional wedding venue *feel* 10mins from Byron Bay town, this is for you! Ceremony by water, tree swing, stunning gardens and ride the ATV to the peak of the property for golden light sunsets!

What's the difference between the packages?

LUXE Micro Wedding package is built to be the most cost effective option. LAVISH Micro Wedding package is for couples who want all of the extras included alongside more lavish styling and florals.

Venue, catering, mobile bar or alcohol are not included.

The main differences:

- LUXE Micro Wedding we do a few little tricks of the trade to keep cost down

For example: Reuse arbour florals on your reception table + resuse ceremony chairs to the reception

- LUXE Micro Wedding package *doesn't* include: *On The Day* Coordinator fee, No Videographer, 4hrs Live Music, smaller budget for florals with no extras (extra table, bar, cake toppers), No cake styling, backdrop or serving (plates/cutlery/staff etc) and only includes a mini heart cake for newlyweds photo opt

- LAVISH Micro Wedding includes more florals: large arbour, reception table plus reuse arbour (3-4 pieces), bar and cake topper, bouquet + buttonhole

Winter or Summer?

We work the day *backwards* from SUNSET to time your Micro Wedding perfectly.

The sunsets:

5pm (ish) in Winter
7-8pm in Summer

We also have daylight savings for 6 months of the year.

TIPS:

- Summer weddings mean you will have a late ceremony 4-5pm, dinner 6-7pm, Sunset portraits and sparkler first dance 7-8pm, wedding ends 9-10pm

- Winter weddings mean you will have an earlier ceremony 2pm, Sunset portraits and sparkler first dance 4-5pm, Dinner 6pm, Reception until 9-10pm
