Luxe Elopements has been curating award winning, all inclusive micro wedding packages in Byron Bay, Tweed Coast and Gold Coast over the last 8 years. Sarah-Jane (SJ) is an award winning wedding planner and photographer with 15 years experience, she has hand picked a talent team who know how to bring your Pinterest board inspiration to life and bring the VIBE on the day! You and your guests will be laughing, celebrating and making memories all day.
Our micro wedding packages are available Monday to Thursdays with up to 30 x Guests (+ The Couple and children under 12). Friday and Saturday's are available in off peak (conditions apply).

Are we a good fit?
We want to be clear, we are not a *cheap* wedding alternative nor are we a *traditional* wedding planning service. SJ our founder has used her unique perspective in the wedding industry to fine tune the entire experience for you and guests!
We removed all of the *fluff* to focus on the *essentials*. This means you get a STUNNING luxury wedding without the price tag or stress.

- FRIDAY + SATURDAYS are available OFF SEASON (Dec, Jan, Feb, June + July (condition apply, outside of school holidays and public holidays), $2500 surcharge
Couples who book Luxe Elopements value what we have created and understand we are a luxury service, not a “cheap” wedding alternative.

This package is our quintessential micro wedding package for the budget conscious. We have included a few *tricks of the trade* to keep the cost down like: reusing the ceremony arbour florals on the reception table centrepiece, reusing ceremony chairs for the reception table and excluding videographer because not everyone wants this.

- up to 5hrs Micro Wedding Package
- Available at a Venue or Airbnb* (you book a pay separately)
- up to 5hrs Wedding Photography + Sneak peek within 24hrs!
- Core vendors included in package: Celebrant, Photographer, Live Musician, Brides Hair and Makeup, Floristry (1 x Arbour, Bouquet + Buttonhole), Styling hire (styled ceremony and reception) + Mini Heart Cake
- Flow of the day: hair and makeup > bridal party portraits and first looks > ceremony + guests congrats and group photos + champagne tower > cocktail hour with live musician > newlywed sunset portraits > dusk first dance with musician and sparklers > start of reception - styling, toast, cake cutting > core team leaves reception and you stay with catering, coordinator and bar service DIY (subjective)

This package is the ultimate *lavish* micro wedding package for the luxury couple who want it ALL. This package includes all of the *extras*, lavish floral budget, mobile bar and videography included! This is for the couple who want *one invoice*, book and leave the rest to us!

- up to 8hrs Micro Wedding Package
- Available at a Venue or Airbnb* (you book a pay separately)
- up to 6hrs Photography + Sneak peek within 24hrs!
- up to 5hrs Videography + drone and audio
- up to 6hrs Live Musician (Ceremony to Reception)
- On The Day Coordinator package is included (value $1500)
- Core vendors included in package: Celebrant, Photographer, Live Musician, Brides Hair and Makeup, Floristry, Styling Hire + Cake
- Floristry included: Lavish arbour (3 x installations), bouquet and buttonhole, reception table centrepiece, cake table + bar topper
- Styling hire included: luxury styled ceremony with champagne tower, styled reception table with full table settings, festoon lighting over table, everything for the cake (pillars, stand, extra plates and cutlery), decor items included (arbour draping, linen tablecloths, lanterns and candles)
- The Whole Bride Package: Eco-confetti, long sparklers, ring box, vow cards, silk ribbon for bouquet and bridal heart sunglasses
- Cake Package: Large heart or 2 tiered cake, pillars/stand or backdrop, florals for the topper (optional), serving essentials (extra plates and cutlery)
- 1.5hr Mobile Bar Service with @FlossyByronBay, you can upgrade to 5hrs

“Venue, Catering and Alcohol”
Venue, Catering and Alcohol
Every couple has different needs, preferences and budget. We have chosen not to include the venue, catering or bar/alcohol so you can customise your experience! Budget breakdown at the bottom page.
VENUE
You can chose one of our wedding venues or Airbnb's listed on our directory. Airbnb will have accommodation, kitchen for private chef included, they avg 2-3 night minimum spend with a wedding fee - Budget $5-8K for luxury Airbnb.
Wedding venues are a black canvas, where you find accommodation separately and we bring in all of our vendors. Affordable option is Bramblewood Farm or Forget Me Not Wedding venue (avg $2-3K for day hire).
Catering
There are two popular options: Woodfire pizza truck or Private chef catering,
*Fire n Dough* are the most affordable option with a range of freshly made woodfire pizzas made to order for you guests (Vegetarian, gluten free options) and a larger grazing platter during cocktail hour (avg $1800)
*In Season Catering* is our private chef catering option. You customise a 5 star menu, they use the venues kitchen and serve guests like at a restaurant. Budget $80-100pp
Bar + Alcohol
We work with several mobile bars who will come to your venue or airbnb and serve guests bubbles or a set cocktail list. Flossy Byron Bay is the most popular (burgundy or white carts). 5hrs coverage, avg $1800.

The flow of the day
We work your day *backwards* from sunset for epic lighting!PRE-CEREMONY - flatlays, beauty portraits, candids + first looks
CEREMONY - live musician, ceremony, signing, confetti, group photos with guests and a champagne tower!
COCKTAIL HOUR - This is your time to mingle with guests, enjoy the view, live musician and cocktail bar service and canapes
SUNSET PORTRAITS - newlyweds around the property for golden light portraits!
RECEPTION - sparkler first dance, cake, toast, dinner and party!
