We find our beaches can be very busy at sunset with tourists and locals enjoying our beautiful beaches after school and work - especially during daylight savings which is between Oct and April each year. If you choose a sunrise wedding elopement, your odds of having a near-empty beach are very high!

If you have small children or babies, we all know *witching hour* is not ideal time to have a wedding. We find most small children struggle with routines and nap times when you are planning a destination wedding. Wedding days are busy with a new environment, hair and makeup and kids pickup on the different energies, they KNOW something is happening. This can cause parents issues when trying to keep them on a schedule for a 5-8pm wedding time. Sunrise is the perfect balance, most kids wake up early anyway. Kids tend to be bright, happy and calm in the mornings.

We time our sunrise weddings to perfection... we use apps to know exactly when and where the sun will rise! This means your ceremony will start pre-dawn with soft, flattering lighting (great time for sparklers!), the sun usually rises towards the end of the ceremony at your ring exchange and first kiss! We then whisk you off for newlywed portraits during that dreamy golden lighting! After wedding photography we bring you back to guests and celebrate with a boho picnic with grazing platters and a live musician! If you don't have guests, our team can be your witnesses and celebrate with you - biodegradable confetti, first dance with musician, toast and more fun!

This mix ceremony, boho picnic, live musician and fun events breaks up the elopement - we get multiple opportunities for portraits with different lighting and backdrops, the kids are entertained throughout the experience and you leave feeling like you didn't "miss out" on a traditional wedding experience!

Packages + Experience

We have designed our elopement packages to be all inclusive. Our most popular is the Boheme Collection "The Lot" which includes a boho picnic with breakfast grazing platters - think ham and cheese croissants, yogurt granola bowls, fresh fruit and surprises for the kids. Imagine having your ceremony as the sun rises, newlywed portraits during golden lighting (the prettiest lighting of the day!) followed by celebrations with your boho picnic with a live musician entertaining you with ocean views!

We also love giving long sparklers to the kids/guests at pre-dawn as you walk down the isle, biodegradable-confetti after the ceremony, first dance on the beach with your partner and kids with live musician and a heart elopement cake!
